About Lodene van Blerk

 

Lodene van Blerk founded Warriors for Life and serves as Director of Warriors for Life, a division of Strategic Missions; a non-profit organization. Lodene saw a need in South Africa and how abortions are effecting woman, children & men in communities. The lack of counselling, education and support about abortions and teen-pregnancies.

​

Lodene is a speaker, writer and spiritual counsellor standing up for those who cannot, standing together for woman and unwanted children. Standing up against abortions but also giving a helping hand.

​

Lodene speaks at woman conferences sharing her testimony and the impact of abortions, afterwards providing counselling and praying with women that have gone for an abortion or would like to go for an abortion. She also goes to schools and educate about abortions and teen pregnancies, setting up school support groups (Warriors students for life) where students can stand together and help a teen mother through her pregnancy and be there to help with baby that the teen mother can finish her studies and finish school.

Lodene goes and make awareness of abortions in South Africa, realizing rejection of families and pressure of a partner to force a woman for abortion. The lack of support in communities, and family. Partnering with churches around South Africa setting up Christian based support groups, not there to judge but there to accept, comfort and support the new mothers, helping with spiritual growth, being there to help with pre-natal care, babysit while new mother is studying for a better life for her and baby.
